These emblems and motifs are panels of the same size. Most are designed to be viewed from the side. The pattern gives basic instructions for making a cushion which would be approximately 16” (40 cm) when worked in DK yarn and would stretch to fit an 18” (45 cm) cushion pad. Any yarn could be used but this could change the size of the cushion. The panels could be used together to form an afghan or for other purposes such as a shawl or the back of a sweater.
